STA Fund
While we are not a charity, our goal is to raise funds and donations to enhance opportunities for student performers. Attending performing arts classes, schools, or colleges can be costly, with some arts colleges charging up to £20,000 a year. As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent, the STA Fund aims to support through bursaries, classes, and workshops. Schools do not need to have won an award to benefit from the STA Fund.
Our mission is simple: to recognise, celebrate, develop and encourage young talent. We believe that the performing arts can be a transformative experience, giving young people the confidence and skills they need to succeed in all areas of life.
Our Values are:
Celebrate: Celebrate hard-work, talent and achievement.
Connect: Connect UK student performers and drama teachers with industry professionals and each other.
Fundraise: Raise money to give disadvantaged students access to the arts and routes into the industry.
Empower: To give students empowerment through exposure.
