Our mission is simple: to recognise, celebrate, develop and encourage young talent. We believe that the performing arts can be a transformative experience, giving young people the confidence and skills they need to succeed in all areas of life. Our Values are:
Celebrate: Celebrate hard-work, talent and achievement.
Connect: Connect UK student performers and drama teachers with industry professionals and each other.
Fundraise: Raise money to give disadvantaged students access to the arts and routes into the industry.
Empower: To give students empowerment through exposure.
While we are not a charity, our goal is to raise funds and donations to enrich the opportunities for student performers. We focus on three areas:
- Assisting students with workshops, auditions, and bursaries.
- Improving school performing arts facilities.
- Delivering West End experiences to schools across the UK.
