There are two steps to follow

We kindly encourage you to complete the nomination form at your earliest convenience as this will enable us to allocate a representative to either watch your performance live or, where possible, in person. Your school may have the opportunity to perform at the ceremony, so the sooner you nominate, the better we can plan the awards show.
